Take a break from your daily life – take time for yourself and reconnect your mind with nature and your true self. Fresh air, long walks, good locally grown food, combined with stimulating and relaxing yoga practice with 40 years of experience yoga instructor who will guide you through the learning and dedicated process and answer any questions you might have.

This tour is created for those who interested into stay at your hotel or villa but need something special to do to help your mind, body and soul relaxing. Our yoga teacher will travel with you or with your group, every morning he will do a hour Yoga session and afternoon one hour meditation program . we will provide you yoga matt and will guide the process during the yoga session, to reconnect back to inner self, relaxing mind and body also the best way for stretching and movement. In addition to that we offer private classes with many different approach on requests . Experience in depth knowledge on how to approach your yoga practice based on your condition.

We do offer you continues 3 days SHIRODHARA herbal therapy, To Indulge in an integrated wellness and Ayurveda retreat where your health and complete well-being is at the center of a relaxing holiday experience.

DAY 01 – Airport – Negombo

Overnight stay in Jetwing beech hotel

On arrival you will be met by our English speaking tour Guide and the Airport staff, who will offer assistance. Arrive at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure as you will be after a relatively long flight.

DAY 02 – Negombo – Dambulla

Overnight stay in Amaya Lake

Morning 6 to 7 morning Yoga session at the beech with fresh air with O3 . After breakfast Leave Negombo and transfer to Dambulla in-between visit Rangiriya buddhist monastery complex. Meditation program within the complex. And leave for Dambulla. Visit Dambulla cave temple.relax in the hotel.

Overnight stay in Amaya Lake

Morning at 6 to 7 o’clock yoga practices near the Kandalama reservoir, back to hotel and breakfast at the hotel. Shirodara herbal therapy.Optional afternoon Sigiriya rock fortress. Or Meditation program. Relax in the hotel.

DAY 04 – Dambulla

Overnight stay in Amaya Lake

Early morning leave for Pidurangala rock and climb the rock. Morning Yoga session on top of Pidurangala rock with sunrise. Back to the hotel and have your leisurely breakfast at the hotel and leave for Shirodara herble therapy. After that enjoy with Sri Lanken traditional VILLAGE TOUR ,including bull cart ride, catamaran ride, Sri Lanken traditional cooking demonstration and lunch at chena house and tuk tuk ride. Evening meditation program.

DAY 05 – Dambulla

Overnight stay in Amaya Lake

Morning at 6 to 7 o’clock Yoga session at kandalama resevoier.After leisurely breakfast at the hotel. shirodara herbal therapy. Afternoon Ritigala mountain climb and meditation program inside the forest. Back to hotel and relax in the hotel. Optional ; Elephant safari.

DAY 06/07 – Dambulla – Nilambe 

Overnight stay in Nilambe Buddhist centre

Morning 6 to 7 o clock Yoga practices,near Kandalama reservoir, After leisurely breakfast at the hotel and Shirodara herbal therapy. Thereafter proceed to Nilambe Buddhist meditation center.

DAY 08 – Nilambe  – Kandy- Nuwara Eliya

Overnight stay in Oatland by jetwing

After breakfast visit Tooth relic temple kandy and Visit Royal Botanical garden. Thereafter leave for Nuwara eliya, on the way visit Ramboda waterfall and Tea factory to experience the Ceylon tea and making prosess.

DAY 09 – Nuwara Eliya – Ella

Overnight stay in 98 Acers in Ella

Morning 6 to 7 O clock Yoga practices . After leisurely breakfirst , get on board the VINTAGE local train from Nanu oya to Ella. Visit 9 arch bridge and MAHAMEVNAWA Buddhist monastery, practices meditation inside the temple.

DAY 10 – Ella – Gal Oya

Overnight stay in Gal oya Lodge

Early morning climb Punchi Sri Pada [Mini Adams peak] see the sun rises. Practices Yoga on top of the Mountain with Breathtaking views . Back to the hotel and after leisurely breakfast leave for Gal oya. On the way to Gal oya visit Upper Diyaluma .

DAY 11 – Gal Oya

Overnight stay at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

Early morning visit Gal oya national park boat safari, inside the reservoir there are small islands . practice YOGA with breathtaking view. And also enjoy with your packed breakfist. Another exiting tourist attractions in Galoya is Sri Lanken aboriginal community called Vedda. Visit vedda’s village, explore their way of life and rituals . Have a barbeque lunch with them. Evening leasure at the hotel.

DAY 12 – Gal Oya – Pothuvil

 Overnight stay in Jetwing surf

Early morning climb Gal oya Monky mountain, practice YOGA with stunning Nature. Back to the hotel and leisurely have your breakfirst and proceed to Pothuvil afternoon safari at Kumana national park.

DAY 13 – Pothuvil – Mirissa

Overnight stay in paradise beech hotel

Morning 6 to 7 O clock YOGA practice, After leisurely breakfirst, proseed to Mirissa .

DAY 14 – Mirissa – Hikkaduwa

Overnight stay in Tranz by Cinnamon

Morning 6 to 7 O clock YOGA practice at the beech. After leisurely breakfast relax in the beech. Optional; Whales watching. After lunch proceed to Hikkaduwa on the way visit stilt fishing and UNESCO GALLE FORT visit . Thereafter proceed to Hikkaduwa Tranz by Cinnamon.

 

DAY 15 – Hikkaduwa – Airport

Safe trip home

Morning 6 to 7 O clock YOGA practice at the beech. After leisurely breakfast relax in the beech. Optional; Madu river , Tertle hatchery. After breakfast proceed to the Airport in time for the connecting flight.

Sigiriya

Sigiriya, also known as the Lion Rock, is an ancient rock fortress located in the central Matale District of Sri Lanka. Rising nearly 200 meters, the massive rock formation was once the site of King Kashyapa’s royal palace in the 5th century. The fortress is renowned for its stunning frescoes, beautiful gardens, and the Mirror Wall, which still bears ancient inscriptions.

Sigiriya is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its advanced architectural and engineering feats. Visitors can climb the rock via a series of stairways to reach the summit, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. It is one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic historical and cultural landmarks.

Dambulla Cave Temple

Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Sri Lanka’s most significant religious landmarks. Located in central Sri Lanka, it consists of five caves filled with stunning Buddha statues, murals, and religious art, dating back over 2,000 years. The temple complex is situated atop a rock 160 meters above the surrounding plains.

The cave walls and ceilings are adorned with intricate paintings depicting scenes from Buddha’s life, as well as images of kings and deities. Dambulla is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka, attracting both pilgrims and tourists for its spiritual significance and artistic beauty.

Kandy

Kandy is a picturesque city in central Sri Lanka, known for its rich cultural heritage and lush landscapes. It was the last capital of the ancient Sinhalese kingdom before British colonization and is home to one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world, the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), which houses a tooth of the Buddha.

Kandy is also famous for the annual Esala Perahera, a grand procession featuring elephants, dancers, and drummers in honor of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Surrounded by scenic hills and tea plantations, Kandy is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a cultural heart of Sri Lanka.

Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya is a charming town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka, known for its cool climate, picturesque landscapes, and colonial-era architecture. Often called “Little England,” it was a favorite hill station of British settlers due to its temperate weather and lush surroundings. The area is famous for its tea plantations, producing some of the finest Ceylon tea.

Key attractions in Nuwara Eliya include the beautiful Gregory Lake, Hakgala Botanical Gardens, and the nearby Horton Plains National Park, home to World’s End, a dramatic cliff offering breathtaking views. Train Ride

Nine Arch Bridge

The Nine Arch Bridge, also known as the “Bridge in the Sky,” is a stunning architectural marvel located in Ella, Sri Lanka. Built during the British colonial period, the bridge spans 91 meters and stands 24 meters high, connecting two lush, forested hillsides. Made entirely of stone and brick, without the use of steel, the Nine Arch Bridge is a fine example of colonial-era railway construction.

The bridge is part of the scenic Kandy to Ella train route and has become a popular tourist attraction due to its beautiful setting amidst tea plantations and jungle. Upper Diyaluma Falls

Upper Diyaluma Falls is a spectacular waterfall located in the Badulla District of Sri Lanka. It is part of the Diyaluma Falls complex, which is one of the highest waterfalls in the country. The Upper Diyaluma Falls is notable for its cascading waters that plunge dramatically from a height of about 220 meters.

The area around the waterfall is known for its natural beauty, including rock pools that are perfect for a refreshing dip. Coconut Hill
